Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it

    • In its original packaging

  • Items returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • To request an exchange, the original item must be returned to us first.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship out the replacement item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

  • We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you (unless otherwise stated).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
