Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

Items returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, the original item must be returned to us first.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship out the replacement item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you (unless otherwise stated).
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
